MISSION

The Municipal Agriculturist Office shall promote sustainable agriculture and fisheries development by way of application of environmental friendly technologies and approaches which contribute to enhance productivity and increase the income of farmers and fishermen.

MANDATE

  • Formulate measures and ensure the delivery of basic agricultural services and provision of adequate facilities relative to agricultural services.
  • Ensure maximum assistance and access to resources in the production, processing and marketing of agricultural and aqua-cultural and marine products are extended to farmers, fishermen and local entrepreneurs.

Monday to Friday      –           8:00-5:00 PM without noon break

Who may avail of the service:

Farmers, fisher folks, youth, women, NGO, government workers, cooperative
