MUNICIPAL BUDGET OFFICE
An office that continues to provide efficient and effective budgetary support services to the Local Government’s program in the delivery of basic services and facilities as mandated by the Local Government Code supportive of the development goals and objectives of the municipality of Tinambac.
To provide appropriate and responsive technical services to the Local Chief Executive, the Sangguniang Bayan, the Department/offices, the 44 barangays and other agencies in the preparation of the budget, as well as in the authorization, review, execution and accountability aspects of budgeting.
- Review and consolidate budget proposals of different departments and offices of the LGU.
- Assist the LCE in the preparation of the Annual and Supplemental budgets.
- Study and evaluate budgetary implication of proposed legislation and submit comments and recommendation thereon.
