Schedule of availability of service:

Monday to Friday      –           8:00-5:00 PM without noon break

Who may avail of the service:

Farmers, fisher folks, youth, women, NGO, government workers, cooperative

 Requirements:

Individual

Community Tax Certificate

Barangay Certification of residency

Cooperative/NGO

Certificate of Registration
