SECURING MAYOR’S PERMIT FOR PADYAK

Schedule of availability of service:

Monday to Friday        –         8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. without noon break

Who may avail of the service?

Padyak Operators

Requirements:

  • Barangay Clearance
  • Community tax Certificate
  • Official Receipt of payment from MTO
  • Mayor’s Permit of preceding year for old operators

Fee: P100.00

How to avail of the service:

** The cause of delay for processing of the Mayor’s Permit may be due to incomplete requirements & absence of the authorized signatory.
